To complete the overall wine experience, we offer *Performance Dining. Inspired by our love for food, wine, travel and entertaining, as well as sharing outrageous dining adventures with a multitude of incredible people; we began to interpret the character, experience and personality of our guests through a culinary performance, using food and wine as the medium of artistic expression. We are also givers, who love to help, so 5% of the proceeds from Performance Dining will be donated to the charity of your choice. We believe that there are very few simple pleasures in life that one can enjoy on a daily basis with the exception of food, wine, people and giving, so we bring to you the piece de resistance in food & wine entertainment, where the meal becomes the moment and the memory is unforgettable.

Your chef and guide, Superdave Gordon, together with his partner and muse, Sunny E. Fraser collaborate to create a personal culinary experience in your home or location of choice; taking you and your guests on an intimate, gastronomic journey through the ultimate wine & dine performance. Depending on the type of Performance selected, Chef Winemaker Superdave Gordon will interview (View Sample Questionnaire) the host(s) and guests (if desired by the host) to interpret character, experience, likes and adversities in order to culminate stories and ideas into a one-of-a-kind menu. The menu is your commissioned work of art signed by the Chef. You will indulge in succulent flavors and aromas, while enjoying colorful commentary on each act/course.
