Details: This young, spicy cherry pie wantonly shows its strong character as it opens wide, almost innocently, to a wild black cherry surprise burst of deep red boldness that comes from the Zinfandel varietal; this is "the naughty". It’s unexpectedly forward with its subdued, peppery and jammy attitude as it counters with mischievous innocence and captures you with its lingering fruity essence. It is confident enough to stand up at a festive dinner of wild turkey and game with all the fixings and still hold its own, without intimidation, next to the microbrew on a leisurely afternoon of football with pizza and burgers or a barbeque with grilled meats and vegetables. It’s the naughty…for goodness sake.
