This is a collaborative effort by professional chef & conceptual artist, Superdave Gordon, and his muse, Sunny E. Fraser, to share their philosophy of pairing food and wine to stimulate and entertain the senses. They recently opened SUNBOX eleven Winery, a boutique winery that sources its grapes from the most prestigious appellations in California. In this video, Chef Superdave and Sunny debut another delicious food & wine pairing, using SUNBOX eleven Winery "the maverick" 2007 Marsanne Roussanne matched perfectly with Butternut Squash Raviolis, a elegant entree, drizzled with...see for yourself.
